Ok... I admit it... for a dog, he's pretty cute.

Le Puppy
My sister has acquired a new possession... it is small, wriggly, with curly fur all over and a very pathetic whine when left alone. :-) Though I'm not exactly what you would term partial to dogs, I will freely admit that the puppy is very cute and makes a great photo subject! Chivery is his name, after John Chivery from Charles Dickens' "Little Dorrit." Read Tara's post here if you would like to see more extolling of the puppy's virtues, and a few more pictures.

ReplyDeleteMadison - He's a cockapoo (cocker spaniel/poodle mix). He'll stay relatively small, but I kind of wish he would stay just like this because I don't think it's likely he'll ever be THIS cute. :-)

ReplyDeletePoodle mixes make really cute dogs! Our neighbor raises Cava Poos and uses our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel to sire her poodles. We have a two designer breeds that we raise too, as well as two pure breeds. I enjoy all of our puppies and think they're all cute, but it seems like the fluffy ones with wavy hair are extra special - especially when they stay pretty small! You just want to squish them!!
